We offer a variety of service tiers to meet your needs, each at one flat fee with no membership required.

Same-day appointments cover the things that should not need a week's wait — a physical with the paperwork done before you leave, a non-emergent concern handled from home with a work or school note, or a refill of a medication you already take.

Prescribing decisions are made by Dr. Rahimi, MD after evaluation. We do not refill narcotic prescriptions.

The annual exam is priced at consultation because the panel is adjusted to your history. Telehealth visits require that you are physically in Texas at the time of the appointment.
